Most would describe me as a bright and shiny boss babe. In reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

Society's expectations may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.

My Story

I started my life in the northern rivers of NSW, Australia. A place where natural living is normal. 

I excelled at academics and sports. I wanted more. I knew I needed to move away from the small town mentality.

I studied at Griffith uni, Australian College of Natural Medicine, and began my career as a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist.

I was a sought after women's health practitioner, having learned from some of the world's best women's health experts. 

It wasn't quenching my thirst for knowledge.

I studied somatics, yoga, meditation, sexuality, breathwork, holistic neuro linguistic programming, and business coaching.

I went all in on me and embarked on the ultimate journey of self-discovery. And I learned that once you step into who you really are, there's no going back.
